About the stay
Kas Pelikan is located at Pelikaanweg 1 in Julianadorp. The name is a nod to this address: Kas Pelikan means “House Pelican” in Papiamentu.
Julianadorp is a quiet, green neighborhood with a tropical feel. Originally built for Shell employees, the area is known for its spacious layout, wide avenues, and central location. This combination makes Julianadorp one of the island’s most sought-after residential areas.
The house dates back to 1965 and has been carefully renovated with great respect for its original style. Natural materials play an important role in the design of Kas Pelikan. A distinctive detail is the wooden pillars, which remain visible through parts of the walls and give the house its authentic character.
Between Kas Pelikan and our own home, a wooden fence has been placed. This way everything feels connected, while still offering complete privacy. You’ll have all the space to enjoy your own place, including the swimming pool, in peace and comfort.
